For those who have both amex gold and chase sapphire what’s your strategy?

My point wasn't to spend more money. It is the fact that to not spend more money I am more limited in my choices of restaurants. That is it. That restriction to me has a cost. Lets just say for the sake of an example, I ate exclusively Thai Food. If Uber Eats doesn't have any restaurants that offered Thai Food without markup, then that will inevitably make me change the way I eat just to justify a Credit card AF. That is my whole point. Tha the inconvenience devalues the credit.

Again, that is my choice. I can value the credits however I want. You do you basically.
