EMG found my nerves were exceptional, they’re just assholes. What else causes everything in CTS except the bit that passes tests?

I agree with your perspective 100%. Living with bilateral carpal tunnel Bilateral bicep tendonitis Bilateral tennis elbow Medial epicondylitis both elbows.

Diagnosed two years ago by two doctors. My injuries resulted from my work as a floral designer working with artificial flowers. Lots of repetitive motion and exertion.

For the opportunity to have surgery, the electrodiagnostic test were suggested. The needle study was brutally painful. The EMG was "normal", thus omitting my ability to receive the the much needed treatment.

I'm on disability which is now in appeals because of the EMG readings.

This is INSANE.

So debilitating. Chronic pain. My whole life has been altered.

It is mind boggling to me, that so many medical representatives place so much value on a MACHINE, that is KNOWN to give incorrect readings but disqualify the human knowledge and reality! This is so wrong.

Thank you for your post. I really needed validation.
