Employer forcing employees to come to work while sick with symptoms of COVID.

I work for a resort casino as well. I went into work yesterday for the first time in a while. Another employee got covid and was showing symptoms. The company made her quarantine for 10 days and made her return to work regardless of still showing symptoms. Yesterday was her first day back and she was feeling ok, but was visibly still sick.

Employees are not to take another test when they arrive to work. You read that right. An employee could still test positive for Covid after 10 days and they are still required to come to work.

I ended up leaving yesterday and I don't feel safe at all. There's so much not known about this virus, if someone is still symptomatic after 10 days I think it's reasonable to assume they're still contagious. I know the guidelines they're following say otherwise, but are you serious?
