These people who lost their jobs today had to go through a ton of extra education, at least a masters degree, along with a mandatory 16 week leadership academy during their work week from 3pm-8/9pm which is now worthless.

They are going to be put into classes that need to be filled, not the class they went to school to teach.

They will lose any classroom seniority they had before going into administration, in most cases this amounts to about a decade down the drain.

These deans were all excellent teachers with high evaluations, these are some of our best and brightest being treated like trash.

Regardless how you feel about the usefulness of the Dean position this is really fucked up.
