They are there to make money. They ate street perforners. They rent out the circles on Fremont street like all the other street performers do, including the almost naked women and the ones dressed as naughty cops and naughty nuns. And guys pay those women to give them attention and take pictures with them. That is the reason they are there. And they let the guys get very hands on with them. One even used her whip on me as I was walking by one day and I told her I wasn't interested and I was gay and she was still so nice telling me to enjoy my day and have fun. Also, they ignored my mom when she was trying to say they were cute and I was going to pay them their fee to take a picture with my mom and give her a hug. It seemed like they were not just there to make money but to get some phone numbers and get laid as they ignored all other older women.
