England fans, the morning after night before. What is your assessment of last night and the group stage as a whole?

Disappointed but hardly surprised, we're used to this by now. We should've done better and I think that blaming Slovakia for not playing football is not a valid excuse. We have enough quality attacking players that should be able to break down a defense like that. It just felt like we'd just try the same thing again and again without really thinking. As usual there's a serious lack of team cohesion/tactics and by 60 mins you almost knew it'd remain 0-0. Hodgson's decision to rest keys players also looks incredibly foolish and arrogant, of course once you underestimate a team like that it'll come back to bite you. It's just how it works.

That said we qualified without losing, so we can't be too morose. The group stage has not been a disaster as much as it feels. Plus seeing the likes of Dier, Walker and Lallana playing well is a positive, but it almost feels like Hodgson doesn't even know what his best squad is, or which strikers work best. It's slowly feeling like de ja va creeping in (especially if we're up against Portugal).
