I think hbo/amc may be one of the only services that do this because I think one of the walking dead shows used to get an early premiere online and then it would air on cable. The most common streaming services and websites like netflix/cw/abc seem to upload things the next day for example flash and supergirl episodes are available on netflix like in the early morning day after they air on tv. The boys doesn't air on cable though it's an amazon show so I don't see how's that an example. Like in canada things on disney plus air at 1 am which doesn't mean it's an early release or something. It's just the universal time they release episodes so some places it's late at night some early in the morning.
