We don’t know nearly enough to say with any kind of certainty either way. There’s a reason it takes years and whole teams of specially trained people to comb through mountains of paper trails and signatures and memos. Anyone that thinks they actually know is oversimplifying, especially because most of their arguments are along the lines of ‘well she’s so smart right, how could she have missed it’, or ‘she’s always been a cold hearted gold digger, she’s guilty’ lol, thank god the courts are more complicated. Either way IMO the housewives jobs as her friends is to support her through an awful time in her life. That’s what friends do. They don’t speculate based on the .0005% of the story they’ve heard, and made a judgement call like they’re judge jury and executioner that she’s guilty and deserves to suffer alone. Sutton was wrong for that.
