At least Taylor will bring something new to RHOC. And she has an established relationship with the producers and network, so she won't cower to bullies like Heather or Tamra as other newbies have in the past.

So, I think this is a smart move. Taylor might take the series in a new direction. Heather and now Tamra bring more of the same strategies that got OC to where it is today -- isolate a target, find something that happened off camera about which to be angry, gossip, attack, gaslight, victim-mode, more attacking. That's not going to work. BTDT since Gretchen's first season. It made RHOC unwatchable in the lens of 2022.

So maybe Taylor can be the new HBIC and redirect this tired franchise back to authentic drama derived from the actual interactions on camera. Who knows
