Do you ever feel like mmorpgs aren't your thing anymore, but you still miss them?

Sounds to me based on your comment that you miss the community rather than a good game.

A lot of people miss the community, I also miss the community.

The problem is, I am 30 now and a lot here are older than me.

I have a quite demanding job, accountants and taxes to deal with, bills to pay, a wife, a kid, business partners, etc... I dont want to be part of a community formed by 15yos that rage over a game.

I tried to play Albion and man, that game really has a community going... if you go to their subreddit everyone know each other by name and they shit talk, make alliances, betray each other, make new friends, community wise that game is amazing... they are also a bunch of 16yo shitheads that scream on discord and can't talk like an adult, I just have no patience for that anymore... back in the day I would be screaming with them, being super serious about having a "successful guild" and "destroying some noobs".

It's hard to form a community for older guys though, we are already super cynical, we don't care about the game, we don't care about the guild, we have bigger fish to fry in real life... it's really hard to make us care about a game and waste a lot of time to be part of a community.
