everyo1ne here is fighting their own personal demons

I took a class on Chaucer class and that's exactly what it was. Every story was analyzing the womans role, debating whether this or that character was an empowering proto-feminist or not, whether this character was a proto-camp-fag or not and if he was empowering for butt connoisseurs, constantly acting the question of whether or not Chaucer was on the pinko's side, and if his stories could be reinterpreted to defend literal faggotry. The teacher didn't even assign the chapters you couldn't "reappopriate" for the pozzed agenda. I know for a fact most of the people in hat class came away thinking Chaucer was a pink-haired lip-ringed non-binary intersectional chink-in-hiding brilliantly and subversively satirizing the patriarchy without the system even being smart enough to realize it.

I still have my old essays I wrote for the class, all about the "commodification of women" "women's agency" all the shit those teachers eat up. One I reinterpreted the climax of the tale with Death in it to be a symbol of literal anal rape, with characters in the story representing actual cock and balls in the moment of murder (little death) and the (((teacher))) of course loved it. I agonized for a week after submitting it cause I thought I had gone too far, but I guess not.
