I'd kinda like to know more about how you reconcile your point with ones like this. I'm in the boat of bisexuals with a steady interest in one gender and a waxing and waning interest in the other over the years so I'm honestly a little biased going in to this, but I have trouble viewing my active desire for dick sometimes with totally indifference to it others as a change in behavior, not desire.

Would you define wanting a romantic or sexual relationship mostly with one specific gender, or thinking sexual thoughts about them or just noticing them more, as a behavior reacting to sexual desire, and desire is something different and totally static and separate from thoughts and feelings? In which case are you sure everyone judges their own sexuality by your version of 'sexual desire', since it doesn't necessarily line up with who they consciously desire to have sex with?

Alternatively, if your sexual orientation is just a collection of the thoughts/feelings you have about who you want to fuck and we are defining sexuality and desire the same way, are you assuming that everyone saying their sexual orientation didn't stay the same over time is just lying to you about that? In which case why did you even stick around and keep trying to make your point when we're clearly a hostile audience?
