fairly new to astrophysics what are some things i should be looking forward to if i decide to pursue this career path?

quite honestly if i keep my grades up i have a high chance of getting into VT for an engineering degree since ive done some programs with them and other stuff its just the math part im worried about because i find math hard which is very discouraging but at the same time i like solving it and getting an answer that is right and the math teacher at my school isnt very adequate (which i find baffling since she has a masters in math so i would think it might just be me but almost everyone has a very low grade in her class every single year but i still luckily passed but thats just algebra 1 i suspect algebra 2 might even be worse of a nightmare) so the idea of learning through the internet is more appealing but i have extreme procrastination i mean ive spent all day on reddit ffs so if i could just find a way to understand math better i would do alright maybe even more than alright and maybe it isnt aerospace engineer i end up going as maybe something else that requires an engineering degree and has something to do with space that interests me that has less demanding math work
