I can relate. Very similar situation to what happened at my store so congrats for getting out. I want to leave too at some point since I have been passed over for TL multiple times despite being in OGP longer than everyone (even a few years more than you, my store got it very early). I got passed over for somebody who worked here for less than 3 months who never did exceptions, never dispensed, never picked GMD (they asked me how after they became TL) , never did the take action report and never worked a closing shift. All things I have done for a very long time (I’ve worked everything from 4-1 to 1-10) I open doored it since it was clearly blatant favoritism (the theory is the coach knew this person outside of work before they hired them) and had a TL who agreed that this was suspicious join me on the open door but it went nowhere.
