Just because you give birth to someone doesnt mean their your family. If you cant afford a child without assistance from the government and you are still having children, both man and female need to be punished in some way. Also, yes that child will 9 times out of 10 be better off without them.

You can think I'm a terrible person but my view is black and white, if you receive assistance with living and you cannot support yourself then no you cannot and should not be allowed to attempt to support a child. It isn't rocket science. It isn't going to magically work out, no matter how many times you do the math 1+1 will always equal 2. It isn't going to magically turn into 3 unless supported by another number.
