This is just a huge headache since I sell malwarebytes to almost every customer that comes in with malware issues. Ive been bombarded with phone calls and walk-ins to fix this. There wasnt a fix at the time and dealing with over 50 pcs, I just uninstalled mbam from every pc. Cant wait for tomorrow for god knows how many. Literally half my working day was dealing with this and now have a huge backup of repairs. I must have installed mbam 30+ times this month alone. And have at least 100 who buy retail box subscriptions from me every year instead of directly online.

I just cant imagine the frustration my customers are feeling after they paid to have their pc fixed. Telling them "its the mbam company's fault!" Is just a lame excuse to those who are not tech savvy.

I'll probably lose days worth of business reinstalling and fixing this in store and remotely.

Just wanted to vent, but more for how my customers must be feeling than what I have to do.
