Flat roof project; does this look repaired?

Yes.

I don’t know why I am being down voted.

  1. I am suing the Association because they refused roof repairs resulting in my unit being water damaged and black mold is present. I requested the ability to replace or repair my roof to stop the water damage.

I was told “there is no damage”

  1. The city came in October 2021 and told the Association the roof was leaking and gave them violations for the roof, interior water damage, masonry (refusal to caulk and maintain the building).

  2. BOD refused the repairs so the city started to sue the Association. City was told new roof would be done in the spring. Didn’t happen. City then was told summer then fall. City was promised a new roof through the HOA attorney.

City was supposed to inspect back in October then December. Roof was not done.

City is inspecting next week. They were told this is a “new roof replacement project” nothing about a spot treatment or a patch job.

City does not understand why this roof project took 3 months.

Based on the above, and I’ve been in contact with the city almost daily because of the property issues outside of the roof. (Black mold we had to move out we were getting sick)

I am just so fed up that my current lawyer was not aggressive when this roof project was being done because it looks to me that the city will not pass it and Unit owners will be on the hook for TONS of money.

I told this attorney they would screw up the project . She ignored me. I am switching by hiring a bulldog attorney next week.
