Home Rule -> Subvert the system? Ballot amendment -> force voters?

Go ahead and call up your favorite rep and “lobby” them on this. Then call again the next week. Then the following week. Then tell everyone online to “go out and vote damnit” in the next election. And then just keep calling your rep.

I’ve been waiting 20+ years, and activists have been lobbying for 20+years, for FL reps to pass a basic renewable energy portfolio and a progressively enforceable solar standard for rooftops. Would you be surprised to find out that our utility companies have only gained more power to do what they want in the past 20 years.

You’ll die before you ever get FL reps to pass anything except union busting and defunding for public schools.
