I've been around since about 2003 on and off, and full-time since 2008, watching what's going on in Zephyrhills is just insane right now, because people are freaking out and I'm like you're not going to stop the progress, it's coming full speed, and now they're getting ready to put tens of thousands of houses along 56, traffic is already a nightmare, and it's only going to get worse unless they do something about the roads. I have a friend right now who's trying to buy a house, and they can't even afford one anywhere in North Tampa, Wesley chapel, etc, and they make decent money. So yeah it's just getting out of control, and unless the bubble finally burst it's just going to continue.
