In most carb free diets, since fiber is digested, it’s not counted as a carb. As a result, eating foods with a high fiber content is very much encouraged.

Obviously... but that doesnt change the fact that the most obvious, and easiest place to get fiber from, is from carbs. Breads and grains are pretty much the highest and best sources of fiber.

When you're on a low carb or keto diet its encouraged to eat tons of high fiber foods BECAUSE you arent getting the fiber you would have from carbs.

It's honestly like you didnt even read or understand my first comment at all, and are just responding for the sake of TINKING you need to make point that you dont even have to make.
