Alright, can’t believe I just took the time to do this but I have covid and no other form of entertainment.

The last time she mentioned washing her hair was the beginning of season 1 ep 2, in ep 4 it started looking greasy and she put it in a ponytail, then ep 5 it went on top of her head and had not come down since (except one brief moment in season 1 ep 7 when she re-poopcoiled it on camera)

Allegedly there is one full week between the end of season 1 and beginning of season 2, and she does finally change her hair scrunchie between seasons, so hopefully she washed it once in between.

So best case scenario, it wasn’t washed at all between episode 2 and 10 of the first season, and has not yet been washed as of episode 4 of the second season.

Worst case homegirl has been growing penicillin for 19 days and counting and just changed her scrunchie to make it look like she’d washed it.
