I'm having a really hard time believing you're closer to Gary's age tbh. You talk like these 21 year olds. Explaining the obvious to me like I don't know the intent matters. Gary's intent wasn't abusive. If you think it was you're too sensitive and should probably sit out for a while or find another podcast about finger painting or something. Something peaceful and happy all the time. Happy happy happy. The real world isn't happy 24/7. I'm having a hard time believing you are as old as you say you are because someone closer to Gary's age than Ethan's age would have to trouble understanding that what Gary AND Donna did is a normal thing for two people who've been together for 50 years. Sometimes they annoy you and you show your annoyance by swatting a hand or something. It happens. Is there better ways to show your annoyance? Sure. Is it abusive. No. If you were your age you would know that.
