My first long-term relationship ended the same way, cheat, and ghost.

I'm 39 no kids, never married. 2 long-term relationships., a little dating, and lots of manic fucking. Then 2 years ago I was diagnosed and started treatment for bipolar disorder. On the advice of my therapist, I haven't been dating. I've got a whole emotional overhaul going on. I've never been one to stress over being single though. I'm okay with being single for the next 10 yrs if at age 50 I get to have great love in my life again. But if I remain single that's okay too. I have fun with me. Im basically planning one a single ticket journey through life but I'll be happy and available for an upgrade if I'd get it.

Also, own your looks and age....lean into it. Dad bods, Daddys and Zadddys are a thing. Show your grays, grow a beard if you can, and get a pair of smart reading glasses.
