as much as i hate to admit it, i agree with free will not making much sense considering we don’t have any control over what thought pops up next. but i’m having a very hard time living with this. is there anyone that’s aware of this on a micro level and finds themselves feeling full of fear when they realize they didn’t control the next thought that popped in their head? or is no one else thinking about it on that level? because i’m not sure how everyone is so willing to say “free will doesn’t exist!” and be comfortable with that? that makes me feel like we’re just stuck in a mind and body that we have no control over. so then what’s the point?
