Fuck you, Novation.

it shouldn't happen. It's just bad engineering from novation. It should be possible with a key combination or whatever to reset a device entire at its original state. Frankly engineering at novation has gone downhill for years. For instance their MIDI controllers used to be really standalone including for the programming and now Novation forces you to use its app components. There are a lot of little exemples like that.

The novation nova from 20 years ago had a procedure allowing the complete reset of a device, including restoring the original OS:

Honestly Novation has turned to shit a bit since it was bought by Focusrite.
