I didn’t get suspended but got a thug in my class suspended for 2 weeks. Back in 6th grade, our class had a reputation of having only obedient students only for one guy to ruin it. He used all kind of slurs for girls, teachers, sometimes our mothers and sister as well during games period. He came from a very shady background and his parents couldn’t care less about his upbringing. I was totally ignorant of his attitude until one time when he used slurs for my mom as well. He thought I wouldn’t react to it much because i was never that bad-ass kid in the class. But this incident infuriated me so much that i gave up on all my loyalty to the bro-code of the boys and stormed into the staff-room with a note which had all the slurs written in hindi and showed it to all teachers and told them this were just what he has to say about you madams. Imagine the stuff which i have not written because my conscience didn’t permit me to do so. Then every student in the class realised that they have to take a stand for it indeed as that thug has verbally abused them at some point. And he was a repeater as well so he was much bigger than us physically so we couldn’t put up a fight against him. His mom was called and told how she never paid attention to his kid that he has resorted to this language today. The day isn’t far when he will be this abusive to the women in his family as well. His mom was very defensive and insisted that my son is being targeted because he is a repeater. A chad sir said maybe your son is a repeater because of this upbringing only and it’s time you should spend some time with him and teach him some values for the next 2 weeks because he is being suspended.

P.S- i knew snitching was never right and i could have stood up to him directly but i was in 6th and not an ‘always ready for fight’ kinda guy but i was never someone who would submit to a bully. Also i was in 6th.
