Alright boys and girls lets break this down. Because we already saw the email sent to him weeks ago. I also think TTB showed it in his video on this drama?
So now their excuse for the ban has changed from.
GM Paitence's emails to the 3 other players (And supposedly Chaotic as well.): "For planning to disrupt the event." (Still no evidence of this.)
Daeron: "I'm sooooo uninvolved, and don't know anything but I'm still talking about it and saying it's Chaotic's fault. Customer service made the decision." on NGNG's stream
Matt Newman's: "Have you ever thrown a party" analogy that conveniently left out the part where the host of the party left the fucking house on fire for the better part of a fucking year, all while saying how serious they are about the game, and want to fix it. Yet their "Fixes" only come fucking nearly 1 and a half fucking years after soup queue was introduced.

I'm sure you can read GM Patience's email yourself, but let's break it down into bite sized chunks.
The reason you have been warned and suspended is what I explained to you on the 13th: "Blob of text" Trying to drive people away from the game is a bit of a dick move, yes. But here's the thing, the tools used to achieve such a effort are all legal, fair, PART OF THE LITERAL FUCKING GAME MECHANICS. 4 man with LRM. There's no exploits, no team killing, no sitting back in the spawn, nothing. Literally just playing the game with LRMS.
The only example they have of him actually doing something damaging was what spawned this report in the first place. Chaotic trying to queue up with NGNG who apparently stream dodges chaotic. (Equally dick move if you ask me, especially if you've ever played high tier DOTA or League. Happens all the fucking time there, and the pros hate it.) Which is what got Starwolf (No hate, fair report.) to report him to PGI and whoever else, and only then, after 9ish months of running 4 man LRMs did they send any email to Chaotic about this whole affair.
Which leads to, why was he PREEMPTIVELY banned along with his 3 usual group members, for the event on Friday January 29th. Because he said he was going to run a 4 man group with LRMs. He wasn't stream sniping anyone, (didn't even get a chance to, not that he was going to do it.).
So that's a fucking lie GM Patience sponsored by PGI.
Again, consistent and repetitive unsportsmanlike conduct is subject to moderation action if the behavior is determines to contribute toward a general patter of toxicity -ect
We've been informed time and time again by our great friends PGI_Daeron, Matt Newman, Innersphere news and so on, TO BE CLEAR, 4 mans and LRMS are PERFECTLY fine. So What's the fucking issue? Is running LRMs ATMs Streaks and other lock on weapons unsportsman like? Is running a 4 man boating said weapons unsportsmanlike?
Or wait, are you going to say the general abuse people throw at each other in game is abuse and unsportsmanlike (I agree.) But here's the problem, even if it's this (we know it's not.) they've been unequally enforcing their rules on chaotic. Also if this was such a problem, how come they never responded to the dozens upon dozens of reports he probably had on him for VOIP "abuse"? What about me and every other marginally toxic player? I've never gotten an email for calling people cunts and worse in game. You know why? Because it's such a minor issue unless someone is spouting it out every fucking game 24/7 in most games. Not worthy of a permaban, just a chat mute usually.
WE HAVE BEEN MONITORING YOUR IN-GAME BEHAVIOR AND STREAM SINCE JANUARY 12TH AND WILL MONITOR EVERY SINGLE GAME YOU PLAY
HOLY, SHIT. If you can't see a fucking problem with this, you're insane. Do you know how many games Chaotic plays on average? 4-8 hours of streaming most days. You're telling me. PGI literally has someone watching his stream and rewatches every single fucking game of his just COMBING for fucking cumbs to pick up and use against him?
I see what you're saying on VOIP and it is already enough to permanatly ban your account. It is your choice now.
Oh wow, PGI has enough evidence to permaban him. Why haven't they done it then? Why is it HIS choice? He didn't have a choice when PGI preemptively banned him and 3 others on Friday, for a PLAN to disrupt the event. That didn't fucking exist mind you, that they still haven't given anyone proof of. Because apparently saying "I'm going to run a 4 man and run LRM's" is perfectly alright, unless you're Chaotic. So what was the fucking plan?
This is literally just PGI pretending like they're reasonable and trying to make it seem like it's 100% on Chaotic to stop doing???
Is it VOIP/chat abuse that's the issue? If so then why did 2 of the most positive, soft spoken players get banned along side him? If so, then why did it take PGI fucking 9 MONTHS to do anything about it. And only fucking react after a report from a prominent streamer?
Is it playing LRMs in a 4 man? They keep telling us it's alright.
So really the only thing left is that they see every single action of Chaotic's as "the purpose of your gameplay." Which IMO is weak as fuck of an excuse to go after someone. Especially when it's not targeted at anyone in particular. Even more so when that excuse they got was picked up from a stream nearly 3 months a fucking go (2 months from the warning). So yeah, running LRMs in a 4 man with the 'intent' or perceived intent of trying to annoy the general playerbase with a irritating but fucking weak weapon system is the problem boys and girls.
My advice? Get a 4 man, start running entirely ATMs. Because you're not trying to annoy people, you're just farming fucking damage and wins by deleting everyone in short range bracket in 1 volley.
