SWAT teams sweep homeless out of Washington state hotel that was taken over by activists

Good riddance.

I remember this story. A bunch of 'activists' paid for one night of rooms and decided to squat there indefinitely, believing that the local government was responsible for paying their bill.

The hotel is a local, family-run business that was essentially held hostage by a bunch of idiots.

The same group of dipshits, previously operating under a different name, attempted to "occupy" an abandoned school with homeless vagrants.

They were forced to evacuate after it turned out the building was condemned and oozing with asbestos and mold.

Worst part of all of this is the owner, terrified his business would be burned to the ground, publicly tried to appease the group and even passively allowed them to stay for weeks--- this unquestionably will fuck him over when he tries to file a claim with his insurers for the ransacked rooms.
