I can ignore people. I have multiple people blocked on my phone. Women have a hard time doing this because they hate conflict and also love attention and to maintain back up plans. You and her won't see eye to eye on this. You think "this guy wants to fuck you and it is disrespectful to talk to him". She thinks "he's nice and makes me feel good and I'm not fucking him (right now), so what's the problem?"

You are unique in that you actually get to see these conversations (unless what isn't hidden). Pretty much every woman does this, just most guys are clueless.

It's truly a Venus vs. Mars problem.

The only way to get her to stop is to make her resent you and for you to lose attraction, which will make her want to do this more.

They are dumb kids ran by emotion and need for such attention, etc.

The only option I see is to be like me and shun committed relationships with women, get to the point you don't care and are not serious, or game/dread the hell out of her while hitting the gym.

Having discussions with her will not help. She is a woman therefore by definition very self absorbed.
