Holy shit there is bad misinformation in here.
This chem is probably the best tapering tool/diclazepam alternative on the market,
a ~5 mg dose seems equivalent to 1-1.5mg bromaz.
These dosing suggestions of 60, 100, 200mg are absolutely insane and would knock a person out for days even with a tolerance.
It is not a recreational tool (no benzos are in my opinion but the community at large seems to be full of idiots these days). Maybe thats why there is so much "It sucks", or "don't bother".
anecdotally, I've known several people use it to get off 5mg per day bromaz, up to 10mg/day of clon.
The dose is higher than most other benzos, but the value proposition is not that horrible.
Unlike most benzos left unscheduled (not including the Analogue Act, as it is rarely used for arrests), It actually has been studied and used in humans to a good extent.
While it is the parent compound that is tradionally used/studied, known as gidazepam, the only active metabolite of gidazepam is this compound.
The general consensus is a starting dose of 5-6mg for mild-toderate tapering doses.
This sub must be taking a dozen ore more mgs of clonazolam daily to be saying it has no effects and needs dosed so high. Even then, a 100-200mg dose as suggested many times would be like taking a dozen or more mg of clonazolam.
It is perfect for a taper. Benzos should never be used to get "fucked up", it can't possibly end well. It also works well for maintenance in this regard for severe panic/anxiety.
TLDR: Don't listen to most of these comments. It is not worthless, nor is it so weak you need anywhere need the suggested doses. It is the most well studied, and has the highest safety profile of any RC benzo left on the market (aside from perhaps rilmafazone).
It is an amazing tool for once a day dosing, in a way that almost rivals diclazepam, and that any other existing RC benzo (flubromazepam comes to mind) cannot match in its ability to not make you feel "too good" or have too much amnesiac/hypnotic qualities.
It is one of the BEST anti-anxiety benzos still available!
