This would be so perfectly healthy and not at all NLOG behavior if she actually just enjoyed her slow relaxing day in without social media....without posting about it on social media to show everyone how healthy and anti-social media she is. Like, is she trying to shame the people who are on social media watching her social media post because they are on social media, instead of having a relaxing non-social media day like she is, based on her social media post..?? They are just social media junkies, unlike her who lets everyone know how healthy she is without social media
