Listen to this magic advice dude. NO KISS AND TELL. NEVER. If you added me on my skype through a throwaway account people from all over the world access, I still would not tell you anything about relationships I have. It's to the bone.
Guess what happens dude. Ambiguity happens, rumors happen, and there you remain as a beacon of trust and solitude in your values to not kiss and tell. Girls see this shit dude. I cringe when I see dudes sharing nudes or getting into dramatic text bullshit where they reveal one anothers' secrets. Both genders dude.
Do you want to be the cool guy the most popular girl in school can drag into the backroom of a party and know there will be 0 consequences for? Yes? Then shut your god damn mouth about your relationships.
It's not about being the 'mysterious guy', or whatever, it's about being the dude girls can flirt with and have sex with WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY OR RISK OF BEING SHAMED. Why do you think girls don't have sex with every guy in the first place? Girls love sex. BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT THEIR REPUTATION TO BE TARNISHED.
There's just literally a million advantages to being a don't ask don't tell dude. Once you can show through your actions that you're a pimp, the results compound upon themselves. When girls come around asking you what you've been doing and who you've been doing it with, you literally look them in the eye and tell them to fuck off. When they try to play games with you and make it a mission to find out and try to blackmail you to find out, tell them to fuck off again. Why? One because it solidifies that you're a pimp motherfucker with 10 other girls and you don't give a single fuck about her, you can walk at ANY time. Two, because it shows her that whenever the next girl or guy comes along that's the same exact treatment they're going to get, and they know you will never tell anyone.
Alright dude, so you may or may not have fucked up. Whenever situations come along, you need to re-frame it. BUT YOU NEED TO DO IT IMMEDIATELY. "I was just joking to see your reaction" "I'm not really doing that, I was just trying to impress you" "Aren't you texting other guys too?"
Or you need to just HOLD YOUR FRAME. "Yeah I'm setting up more than one date, what's it to you? It's not like we're dating or anything. I just like sex and cute girls like you, I don't see what the big deal is"
But to go back to the whole don't kiss and tell concept. Deny everything from every one. Girls will try to brag about their relations with you. Deny them all indiscriminately. With the hot ones, everyone will know it's true, but there you will be. A pillar of anonymity and trustworthiness of consistent social safety.
It's kind of hard to promote yourself as a big player when you're doing this kind of method if you're not the 6'2 athlete model type where everyone just assumes, and that's where you need to promote ambiguity. This is where social media is your friend. Post a picture or two of you with a random hot girl nobody has ever seen before at the pool with a lot of physical contact. Have a status or two where hot girls are giving you validation for the world to see. Make everyone who looks on your social media profile say to themselves "He probably banged that girl, I wonder if he banged this girl too?" and let them come to their own conclusions.
