Imagine some British kids standing in formation doing the 1800s boxing stance roatiting their fists going “lemme at ‘em” and doing footwork like their about to fight the other team.

It might just be a millennial and older thing, idk. As someone who’s Gen Z I just don’t understand the obsession with gobbling up cultural stuff I have no connection to and pretending it “gives me chills”. I think it’s actually moreculturally insensitive to look at this shit through a lens of “oh wow look how much culture these different people are presenting”.

It’s cringe AS FUCK to me, but that’s ok. Anyone can be as fringe as they’d like and what one person thinks is goofy and dumb looking, someone else venerates and sees as an intricate part of their culture.
