Korea's birth rate figure has been culturally terminal for 40 years now. People are not having children at the age of 60.

And if you were Korean, you would understand that there's been a massive cultural shift even from 40 years ago to today.

In Korea 40 years ago, people were still culturally the same as their ancestors. They had children at young ages. They got married young. Women were willing to stay at home and rear kids. I know this, because my parents, and all of my friends' parents, are of that generation, and that is what they did.

These norms have been drastically destroyed over the past 40 years. 24 year old women now in Korea are now focused on their careers.
