That's the result of 12 hours of sending them to agency task and raising 1 empathy level. But I still need 1 more level to pass, empathy isn't an option now (it's at the beginning of the level), passion is if they give me decent task, they don't. I tried to calculate diffefent methods to see what is the most profitable method, when in the end I'll get 48 gems out of chapter 8.

1) Paying for the task. It only works if the number of gems are less then 30, it's not worth it if I throw more away. I'll wait til the end of the day to see.

2) Crafting Jhope card. I still need 8 more puzzles, but that will be 45 gems spent if I pay. Spending 45 gems to get 48 gems back, well....
