It's because people don't give a fuck about their health, and definitely not about other people's health, or they just put their heads in the sand because they wanna have fun. What's ironic is that the very same people who fuck around without protection are the same people who will think prostitutes are dirty because they're paid to have sex. STDs don't give a fuck if there was an exchange of money. You don't need to be a prostitute to fuck a bunch of people, and just because someone's a prostitute doesn't mean she fucks people indiscriminately. I know more vanilla people who fucks around indiscriminately without protection, and they don't even get checked because they think it will never happen to them because of whatever x, y, z bullshit reasons they tell themselves. The prostitute is probably more careful with protection and checkups than your average vanilla hookupper.
