If that is true this company is going to have problems with the IRS. These are depreciating assets and should have asset tags and tracked by accounting. If they suddenly disappear from are still on the books they're gonna get in big trouble.

I'm not touching these with a 10 foot pole, they are essentially stolen by employees whether it is "accepted" or not.

G9 servers were released in Fall 2014, according to my accountant (I do own my own business) computer hardware is on a 7 year depreciation, if they haven't depreciated/written off these assets in some other way they are gonna have problems if the tax man comes a knockin'. (There's no reason why they would have written these off even if the company is folding.)
