Here's the log Blizzard sent me after I got silenced. To be honest, I often have games with 5-6 people silenced in total these days. The system that silences you is automated, so if you argue with duos or anyone for that matter and play enough eventually you'll get silenced.
At that point you are at the mercy of your first Blizz representative, who could just be lazy and instantly lock it as "upheld" without checking logs.
