I have had tons of requests for this and I guarantee you that the payments team is aware of it. Whether they will actually change it is up to them and the fine folks over at finance. But know that your concerns are heard, trust me.

Not that I am aware of. You can refuse to deliver to certain areas if you don't feel safe for example.

TONS. Ratings, offered/rejected/accepted orders, miles driven, average time to pickup / delivery, you name it and we have it. We have meticulous records on pretty much everything.

I am 99% sure that is setup by the restaurant themselves.

> Can dispatch throttle drivers or screw with them by sending crap offers?

Not that I am aware of. I believe it is all automated and dispatch is watching only to fix errors / orders not getting picked up / reassignments, etc.

> Do problem restaurants ever get penalized? For making drivers wait, being rude, getting banned by drivers, etc.

Could you be more specific? I am not familiar with doordash.
