can you present a run-down on how the gift card works...how much did you pay for it...was the card pre-loaded with $....and if you happen to know, how wide was the roll-out of the ftx gift card through gamestop locations...from the sept. 7 press release, "selected locations" would begin...i wonder how many locations, how many cards, etc...finally, one has to ask about the possible sum loss (to our dear company), and if those cards are simply returned with $ still on them (or already "spent")....and there's the question of insurance for any loss...i cannot imagine "that much" in terms of loss -- minimal --- and the good will generated from the customer service side might actually turn whatever loss there is into a kind of investment in the brand with its customers.
