She is not fueling her body properly at all. Have you ever noticed how completely drained she is after a workout. Somebody that's been working out as much as her shouldn't get that tired from working out. It's because she's not fueling her body with the proper nutrients like protein. Her eating habits are so dysfunctional. I don't know how she can coach other people to be healthy when she has a serious eating disorder. I'm surprised she is even producing enough milk for Creed with the little amount of food she eats. She is starving herself. It's only going to get worse now that she's going on a trip and she'll have to be even more skinny. I can't even deal with her.
