It was finally time for Team Cinnamon to make the trip to attend Crina’s cousin Azure’s wedding, and they had some plans to attend to before the big day. Each had agreed to take a short visit to their own families in the same trip to introduce their new friends and perhaps even to mend some old relationships. Maunga, insisting that his wedding gift for Azure be from his village, was given the privilege of the first pre-wedding visit. After pointing out the general location of his village to a Bullhead pilot, Maunga and his team became the first people to return to Wharae in generations.

Maunga gave a brief explanation about his home while the team was packing: Davin choosing his best kilts, Crina ruffling around for her best dresses, and Pumpkin already packed, scribbling away in her idea notebook. He told them not to be concerned by a lack of full dress, that people eat with their fingers, and if they're ever unsure what to do, just follow his lead.

The Bullhead flight was surprisingly fast and uneventful. Cinnamon performed their usual flight routines: Crina continuously sorted through the compartments of the ship, Davin tried to sleep to take his mind off the flight, Pumpkin made adjustments to her kit, and Maunga’s thoughts turned to home. The team was dropped off a relatively short distance from the village, as Maunga had requested to enter his home “in the proper way” and he still wished to keep the true location of his village a secret. Grabbing what they had brought and could take off the Bullhead, Team Cinnamon sets down in the ancient forests of Maunga’s mountain home.
