My concern has been that she is important witness. Right up there with Brooke maybe. Bo talked directly to her for some time and told her his confession and I believe exactly what happened the night Tara was killed. Can you imagine what Ryan's PD thought when he got her information? From what I heard she gave her information to both sides because she's Australian. She had no favorite in the ring apparently so she played it fair and gave it to both sides to do with as they please. Good-1 says what she probably knows is enough to create reasonable doubt for Ryan but good-1 has always said Sally did not tell her much of anything. The reason was to protect the law and Tara's right to justice. Good-1 said that the most she got from Sally was "that's not true...that's not right....Payne is lying....Payne has no idea...I know because I checked it with others who were around so I know it is Payne who is making up stuff there etc. Good-1 said she never gave her or anyone specifics but would correct shit Payne had wrong about innocent people.
I have often thought she is the reason Bo's charges were not dismissed in Ben Hill County and why he was also indicted with a sentence enhancer, but of course I don't know that for sure. His deal changed for a very substantial reason. I am convinced it's because Sally has always done the right thing. Good-1 said as much but again Sally would not discuss case specifics with her for obvious reasons even though she wouldn't have been under the gag order.
Payne would know that Sally is an important witness. He would also know that she can't be forced to appear as a witness. She's not a US citizen so she can't be subpoenaed. From what I know they jumped at her information which she had no idea if it was even true or useful. Good-1 said when someone, and I assume it was one of the DAs, called Australia and talked to her for some time, Sally did not ever talk about the case details or her knowledge again. She told her she couldn't.
My fear is that if she listens to the podcast what must she think after what people have said especially Payne? What a fucking asshole to put that in a show that goes to millions of listeners. If Godwin got a threatening letter from her I would think it was from her lawyer because he was harassing her publicly. He did it on the discussion board. Then it stopped. That would be the threatening letter he got! Another fucking asshole.
