The way to get enrolled into the Tay programs is by referral only. On it's website it says: "

The referral process for FSP (Tays full Service Partnership) services includes completing an FSP referral form and sending it via email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])." - (1st Link)

You can get these people to fillout your referral form according to the FSP website (2nd link):

- Mental health services providers,

- Social service agencies,

- and the community (not entirely sure what this means.. I'm guessing anyone can refer you to the program?)
