Got a Pioneer Rancher (SAK 6) and i thought the hawksbill is the coolest thing. Then i realized it's kind of thin and flexible, and i should of gone with the Electrician (same knife, but with the sheepsfoot, around 8$ more). The hawk has its uses, but i'm beginning to think it really is more of a pruning blade and you'll ruin it by trying anything other than fine slicing, cuttting tape and thin carton, and so on. The sharp curved tip also can make easier to sting yourself in it when closing it. The sheepsfoot is larger, has more material do to its flat grind and being a more utility-oriented blade, and it can do kind of the same things (with the right technique). My local store has great discounts from time to time, and i'll end up getting them all at some point anyway :)).
