Throwing myself to the wolves here but...they really did give what most fans asked for, just not literally everything.

King K. Rool and Ridley were highly requested, easily more so than isaac. And they also brought back literally every character ever from smash bros history. Not including isaac doesn't negate any of that. I know this sub is pretty upset right now, but the truth is isaac was never promised to us and there was no reason we should have expected with absolute certainty he was going to be in the game.

YES, it's a bummer he's not in and I'm upset too, but saying Sakurai doesnt know what's best, and that his team doesn't give the fans what they want is very disingenuous.
