Also - just pointing out, but "criterion" is the singular of "criteria". I'm assuming that you're talking about fascism being a thing with multiple criteria here, not just one specific criterion.

I'm kinda both-sidsing here - I think it's slightly hyperbole to call this a fascist act (but I do see where they're coming from with the suppression of undesirable behaviour), but on the other hand, I don't think your argument as to why it's not a fascist act makes a lot of sense. If they were trying to call Imgur fascist in general, you'd have a good point, but any single fascist act surely only needs to demonstrate one element of fascism, not necessarily the entire definition.
