Health issues completely ruined my hair, don't know what to do anymore

I used to have really nice and long 3B curls when I was younger, but then polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) hit and my curls got absolutely fried. It's just endless frizz (especially at my roots) and low-density hair coverage ever since my hair started to fall out due to hormone issues. I've been struggling with my curly hair for 6 years now (I'm 20, for reference) and it's just horrible to the point I have to wear it in a ponytail everyday.

Routine:

I wash my hair once a week or more, it varies. First, I apply Ducray's Kelual DS shampoo — I have seborrhic dermatitis and I MUST use this once a week otherwise my scalp becomes digusting. Then I use Ducray's Anaphase+ shampoo and conditioner, which I recently started using for my hair loss. Squish to condish, then I rinse it out and style my hair wet. Too many products doesn't do great for my hair, so I just use a leave-in (Garnier Botanic Therapy Honey & Beeswax) and a oil (Pantene Coconut Infused oil) to seal in moisture since that's what worked for me when my hair was healthy. I just brush the product through and leave it. I can't even section and style it properly because it's just a mess to deal with.

I really don't know what to do. I've tried the curly girl method but it just isn't for me.
