[homemade] Indian homely Meal

That’s fine. I appreciate your honest but equally polite and considerate reply while trying not to be culturally offensive or rude! It’s subtle but I guess I can read it :)

The typical traditional Indian meal/ diet ( similar to the mediterranean) is all about providing the human body with the right amount of the daily nutritional requirements that includes proteins, carbohydrates, un/saturated fats to give day’s brute energy, vitamins, antioxidants, cognitive catalysts & purifiers like turmeric , dietary fibre, probiotics like active curd to ensure gut health and much more...most of which, by the way, is being reinvented by the western crony capitalists billionaires owned research establishments now a days to resell this freely available knowledge in a packaged IP owned profiteering marketing rackets. And don’t get scared if you find the ‘fully loaded’ thali (/ food plate) with 9+ bowls filled with all those eclectic options to dive right into the meal with equal varieties of rotis’( flat bread) and rice preps..
