[homemade] Kimchi fried rice with chicken meatballs, nothing fancy but tasted great!!

Kimchi Fried Rice - Heat up some sunflower oil, add kimchi, ground meat and salt to taste and fry it up a bit. - Add cooked rice and some green garlic. - Add half teaspoon of MSG for that authentic Chinese restaurant taste!!

Chicken meatballs - I mixed ground meat with fresh garlic and ginger paste, salt, chilli flakes and pinch of MSG - Let it marinate for 10 minutes for the flavor - Mold it into shape and fry it up. I let it cook in a pan rather than deep frying it.

When adding any spice, I always add it a bit my bit rather than dumping a whole tablespoon. Esp for MSG, you only need a pinch of it so that it acts as an enhancer otherwise it overpowers the food and the flavor of the main dish is gone.
